Create a scCNVis object for plotting

This function creates a basic object containing the information needed to plot copy number data from a single-cell experiment, generated from the output object created by infercnv

createPlotObjectFromInfercnv(infercnv.obj, sample.name = "Sample")

Arguments

infercnv.obj

Final object output by infercnv

sample.name

A string containing the name of the sample

Value

A scCNVisObject containing 3 elements ("Matrix", "GRanges" and "Meta")
