Add a column to the metadata held in the scCNVis object

addMetaData(obj, meta, colname, cells = NULL)

Arguments

obj: scCNVis object to add metadata to
meta: Vector of values to be added to the metadata
colname: Name of new column to add to metadata
cells: Cells to add metadata to. If NULL, it is assumed that meta contains one value for each cell and is in the same order as the object's current metadata. If provided, it should be in the same order as meta. Default = NULL
